Minerva Imagines was founded in 2017 by Leasil Burrow. Leasil and her dedicated team have worked with clients across the UK, Europe, Australia, North America, and Asia.
Our clients come from diverse industries and varying stages of development. We have partnered with start-ups and junior executives, as well as CEOs, board chairs, and established corporations. We offer services to individual clients, small teams, large teams, and entire organisations.

“People often ask why I chose the name Minerva Imagines. Minerva was the Roman goddess of wisdom and strategy, qualities I believe are essential for making magic happen. While the Greeks depicted her as a goddess of war, I prefer the Roman portrayal that celebrates her association with the arts, commerce, medicine, and poetry.
Good work, Minerva!”
Leasil Burrow, Founder & Executive Director
From Idea to Reality
In 2017, our founder realised what made her tick... helping people and teams reach their full potential. She embarked on a ‘one-year experiment’ to turn that passion into her profession. From that simple idea, Minerva Imagines was born.
Leasil is incredibly proud of the talented team she has assembled. Each of the senior associates, brings unique expertise to the table. Alongside these brilliant ‘Minervas,’ Leasil and her team collaborate with a wide range of associates with specialist skills, including therapeutic coaching, headshot photography, personal styling, learning journey development, program direction, and various coaching specialisms. Minerva Imagines is committed to finding the right professional to meet your needs.
Eight years on from her ‘one-year experiment’, Leasil still finds immense joy in witnessing people reach their full potential. She delights in observing individuals refine their skills and apply their leadership craft effectively.
When you feel ready to reach your full potential, we can’t wait to welcome you to Minerva Imagines.
